Engagement, contract and service management – CyberMagister TrainingOps

The management system for companies assigning work to external professionals and firms: clients, contracts, engagements, calendar and engagement letters in one system.

The challenge

Anyone selling people's time manages clients, suppliers and professionals almost always in separate files: the engagement is born in an email exchange, dates are confirmed over the phone, the fee ends up in a separate sheet and at month end the invoice is rebuilt by rereading the mailbox. In TrainingOps clients, contracts and engagements are the backbone, and everything else hangs off them: the engagement generates the calendar days, the engagement letter, the confirmations, the reminders and the reporting.

Who it is for

Training companies and consultancies and, more broadly, anyone assigning services to trainers, professionals and external firms and managing them on a time-and-materials basis.

What you get

Clients, contracts and engagements

The framework agreement with the client, the engagements within it and the contacts confirming the dates: every assignment with its terms, without hunting for them in the mailbox.

One calendar for every working day

Working days planned, assigned to trainers and confirmed by the client contacts in a single calendar, with invitations and reminders sent automatically. Pick up to three trainers and their commitments on other engagements appear on the calendar, each in its own colour.

Engagement letters with e-signature

From template to signed letter: the document that assigns an engagement is issued, frozen and stored, with advanced electronic signature and identity verification.

Four portals, one system

Administration, supplier, project manager and resource: everyone signs in to their own portal and sees only what concerns them, while data and permissions stay unified.

Surveys, exams and certificates

Satisfaction surveys, scored assessments and timed exams, with certificates at the end: training providers need no second tool.

Administration and invoicing

Accounting dashboard, invoices and purchase orders linked to what was assigned and delivered: closing the month stops being an exercise in reconstruction.
