Asset & Maintenance Management System – CyberMagister AMMS

Maintenance and assets under control: from the report to the signed work record, with geo-referenced assets and 3D warehouses.

The challenge

Maintenance is still too often run from memory and over the phone: everyone knows a plant needs checking, but not when it was last checked or by whom, and you intervene after the failure, when it costs more. AMMS covers the whole life cycle of a job — from the report to the signed work record — and the register of what the work is done on: plants, road infrastructure, network equipment, warehouses.

Who it is for

Facility managers, utilities, public bodies and companies with plants, infrastructure and warehouses spread across a territory, and those managing network equipment and IT infrastructure.

What you get

Work orders from every source

A work order comes from a preventive plan falling due, a report opened with a QR code on the asset, a meter threshold being exceeded or an internal request: every source handled the same way, and tracked.

Automatic preventive maintenance

Time-based or usage-based plans, grouped into programmes, that raise work orders by themselves when they fall due: maintenance no longer waits for the failure.

The territory on a real map

Sites, buildings, areas and roads with their kilometre markers on a map, with work orders overlaid: trips are planned looking at where the assets really are.

Warehouses in three dimensions

Stock and material movements, with a three-dimensional warehouse layout drawn as in a CAD: every material has a precise position, and is found at the first attempt.

Purchasing, contracts and costs

Suppliers, contracts with their service levels, planned budget and actual spend: the financial side of maintenance in the same place as the technical one.

Built-in compliance

Certifications, periodic inspections, safety events and GDPR obligations are part of the live register, not of a log kept somewhere else.
