Terms of service

Last updated:

1. Who runs this site

The site www.cybermagister.com is operated by:

  • Company name: CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L.
  • Registered office: Via Salvador Allende Gossens 12, 80053 Castellammare di Stabia (NA), Italy
  • VAT / tax code: 10874081218
  • Company register (REA): NA-1138351
  • Share capital: €10,000.00
  • Certified email (PEC): [email protected]

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the site and the submission of requests through its forms. By browsing the site the user accepts these terms; anyone who does not accept them is asked not to use it.

The site presents the services of CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L. — training, consulting, software development and solutions — for information. No page constitutes an offer to the public under art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.

3. Requests, quotes and contracts

Submitting a contact, quote or consulting form is a request for information, binding neither the user nor CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L.. Services are governed by a written quote or contract, which sets out their subject, price, timing and conditions and prevails over anything stated on the site.

4. Course enrolment

Submitting the enrolment form is a request, not a contract: enrolment is completed by our written confirmation, which states the date, venue, delivery mode and price applied.

Dates marked as guaranteed run regardless of the number of attendees, save for force majeure, which we communicate promptly.

Courses prepare attendees for the certifications named on the course page. The certification exam is taken with the body that issues it, under its own rules and fees: CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L. is not an accredited training centre and does not award certifications on anyone else's behalf.

5. Permitted use

The user agrees to use the site lawfully and, in particular, not to:

  • submit through the forms false data, data of third parties without their consent, or unlawful, offensive or advertising content;
  • attempt to access restricted areas, such as the administration console, without authorisation;
  • impair the operation or security of the site, including through automated submissions, scans or abnormal load;
  • systematically extract the site's content with automated tools in order to reuse it.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, images, graphics, logos and the structure of the site belong to CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L. or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Viewing and printing for personal use are permitted; any other reproduction, even partial, requires the owner's written authorisation.

Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are cited only to identify the subject of courses and services, without implying any affiliation or endorsement.

7. Content and external links

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but prices, outlines, dates and service features may change: the written quote or confirmation is what applies. Articles and resources are published for information and do not constitute professional advice on a specific case.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience: CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L. does not control their content and is not responsible for it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L. is not liable for damage arising from use of the site, from the inability to access it or from service interruptions due to maintenance, faults or causes beyond its control. Cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and the rights that the law grants consumers on a mandatory basis, are not affected.

9. Personal data and cookies

Data submitted through the forms is processed according to the privacy notice; the cookies set by the site are described in the cookie policy. Any question about personal data can be sent to [email protected].

10. Changes to these terms

CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L. may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last revision, and applies from the first use of the site after publication.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, except where the law provides for a different court, such as that of the consumer's residence or domicile.

12. Contact

Any question about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or by PEC to [email protected].
