1. Data controller
The controller of data collected through cookies is CYBERMAGISTER S.R.L., registered office at Via Salvador Allende Gossens 12, 80053 Castellammare di Stabia (NA), Italy, VAT and tax code 10874081218. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Giuseppe Longobardi, who can be reached at [email protected] or by certified email (PEC) at [email protected].
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a site stores in the browser while you browse, and that the browser sends back to the site on later visits. They are used to remember things such as the language you chose or the fact that you have already signed in.
3. Which cookies this site uses
This site uses technical cookies only, needed to make it work or to protect it. It does not use profiling cookies, it hosts no advertising network scripts, it does no cross-site tracking and it uses no third-party analytics tools.
Technical cookies do not require consent (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021): this is why the site shows no consent banner.
First-party cookies
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you are browsing in, so you do not have to select it again. It is set when you switch language and expires when the browser is closed.
- cms_admin, cms_admin_exp, cms_admin_rt, cms_admin_it — the session of the administration console, set only for authorised staff signing in with their CyberMagister account. Valid only on the console path, with the Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite attributes, they last at most 30 days and are deleted on sign-out. They are never set for visitors.
- cms_admin_state, cms_admin_nonce, cms_admin_pkce — protect the console sign-in step against forgery attacks. They last 10 minutes and are deleted as soon as sign-in completes.
Third-party cookies
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited) — protects the contact forms against automated submissions. To tell a person from a program, the service may set its own technical cookie (_GRECAPTCHA, lasting up to 6 months) and process information about the browser and device. This may involve a transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. How the service works is described in Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
4. Fonts and external resources
Typefaces and images are served from the site's own domain rather than from external services: to display the pages the browser contacts no third party, except the reCAPTCHA service on pages with a form.
5. How to manage cookies
Cookies can be viewed, blocked or deleted from the browser settings. Instructions for the most common browsers are available on their makers' websites (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Blocking technical cookies does not prevent you from reading the site, but the language must be selected again on each visit and forms protected by reCAPTCHA may not be submittable.
6. Rights of the data subject
With regard to data processed through cookies, you may exercise the rights under arts. 15-22 GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection — by writing to [email protected] or by PEC to [email protected], and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). The details are in the privacy notice.
7. Changes
This cookie policy may be updated, for instance if the cookies set by the site change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last revision.
